i met u as a stranger, took u as a friend
a lot of wonderful moments with u i spent
u were one of the reasons that i evolved as a person
u were by my side, in life's every season
to thank you i have reasons many
sometimes u were my teacher, sometimes u were my nanny!
accepting me for what i am, not expecting me to change a bit

helping me to control my bouts of anger
